Baobab Tropical Green Smoothie

I was recently sent samples of baobab powder to review and had no clue what the stuff was or what it tasted like! When I looked into it I found out that it is very high in vitamin C, a natural source of calcium, magnesium, potassium and B vitamins and has a great antioxidant profile! Don't worry if you've never heard or tasted baobab as the flavor is soft and blends perfectly into a smoothie.

Baobab Tropical Green Smoothie

12 oz almond milk

1 banana, frozen

1 c frozen mango chunks

2 tsp Pandavita Organic Baobab powder

3 oz (about 2 handfuls spinach)

protein powder, optional

Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
