Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Cookies

The perfect breakfast cookie whenever there are apples in the fridge! Kids will be happy to create these cookies with you and them munch on them for a snack or breakfast treat!

Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Cookies

1/2c oat flour (just pulse your oats into a powder)

1 1/2 c quick cooking oats

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

few shakes cinnamon

2-3 tablespoons maple syrup

1/4 cup water

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 tsp any oil

1 banana, mashed

1/2 apple, peeled and grated

Mix all dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine. Form into balls using wet hands and then press down to flatten. Bake about 8-10 minutes, until golden on the bottom.
