It's kind of embarrassing to post a 'one ingredient recipe' but I'm doing it anyway because my daughter is SO obsessed!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
1 banana, sliced and frozen 24 hours.
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp peanut butter (any nut butter works
Using your smallest blender (I use the Blendtec nut butter jar) blend all ingredients together until creamy. Top with fruit, chocolate chips and/ cacao nibs.
