Cacao Goji Grain- Free Granola

I love this granola on top of smoothies, coconut yogurt and even mixed in with almond milk. You can add any nuts and seeds to this basic recipe!

Cacao Goji Grain- Free Granola

1c finely shredded unsweetened coconut

1c almonds, chopped

3 tbsp cacao nibs (or chocolate chips for passover)

2 tbsp cacao powder

splash, vanilla

3 tbsp maple syrup (use more or less, depending on how sweet you like it)

2 tbsp water

pinch, salt

Preheat the oven to 300. Mix all ingredients and pat down in one layer on parchment lined tray. Cook 15-20 minutes, rotating the tray at the halfway point. Allow to cool and crisp up.
