Grain- Free Veggie Burgers


These grain- free veggie burgers are free of junk ingredients, easy to make and hold up well!

Grain- Free Veggie Burgers

1 bunch brocolli, grated

1 cauliflower, grated

3 small carrots, grated

1 box mushrooms, chopped small

1 c sunflower seeds, blended into a paste

1 tsp salt

pepper, to taste

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp paprika

Place mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower each on their own silicone lined tray and bake dry 25 minutes on 350. Add in raw carrot to the mixture. place 2 cups of the mixture into the blender to blend completely. Add in the blended sunflower seeds and spices.

Form into patties using cookie cutter mold. Bake for 20 minutes on 350, then flip burgers over carefully and bake an additional 25 minutes.
