Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Pie

Did I have your attention at No-Bake, Vegan, or Chocolate Peanut Butter? MMMM....
This tart is a culmination of all things yummy and takes very little effort plus no cook time!
Vegan No- Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Tart
Crust
1 cup almonds
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
6 dates
water to get dough to come together (about 2 tbsp)
dash, cinnamon
Blend or process almonds and coconut, then add the dates and cinnamon. Add water last to get dough to stick together. Press into a 8 or 9 inch removable bottom tart pan. Cool in freezer while making the filling.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mousse Filling
2 large ripe avocados
1/2c maple syrup
3/4c unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao
between 1/4c and 1/2c peanut butter, (depending on how peanut buttery you like it!)
about 1 cup nut milk, to thin mixture
splash, vanilla extract
dash kosher salt
Place all mousse ingredients in a blender and blend until completely mixed up. Add to crust and level. Eat immediately or keep in fridge.
In this version, I used homemade coconut whipped cream and shaved homemade chocolate as topping to add a little "WOW" factor. Let me know when you make this at home!
