5 Minute Side Dish: Sauteed Garlic Spinach

Because sometimes you only have 10 minutes to get dinner on the table!

Sauteed Garlic Spinach

6 cloves garlic, minced

2 boxes baby spinach

salt and pepper, to taste

red pepper flakes, optional

Heat up a large non- stick saute pan with about 1 tbsp of oil. Add garlic, spinach and seasoning and mix with tongs until wilted, about 5 minutes.
