If you are into the whole healthy food scene on social media, you'll see that cauliflower is the latest nutrition darling to be added to people's morning smoothies. To say I was skeptic of this trend is A HUGE understatement because I cannot bear the smell of raw cauliflower let alone consider eating it for breakfast. BUT, its been all over lately, so I knew I had to try it. I won't lie to you- the fact that its white and I can create smoothies that aren't always green is definitely a plus! Plus, I discovered that when using frozen cauliflower, the taste was COMPLETELY MASKED and I couldn't tell there was any vegetable in this whatsoever!

Peaches and Cream Smoothie

12 ounces non- dairy milk

1 banana, frozen and sliced

1/2 cup frozen peaches

1/2 cup cauliflower, raw and frozen

2 tablespoons coconut cream (the solid part of the can, can also use coconut butter)

vanilla

cinnamon

1 date, optional

Blend everything together and enjoy!
