Lactation Oat Mix Jar

I love to supercharge my morning oats with extra nutritional boosters but I never have time to find all the ingredients during my hectic mornings! Hence, this Oat Mix jar- I

mix everything at once and have it easily accessible when breakfast rolls around! Add your own favorite mix ins!

Lactation Oat Mix

3 cups rolled oats

1 cup desiccated (tiny shreds) unsweetened coconut

1/2 cup flaxmeal

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 tablespoon cinnamon

Mix all ingredients in a mason jar. Store in fridge.

To make the oatmeal, place 1/2 cup oat mixture in a pot with 1 cup water or a combination of milk and water. Cook for 5 minutes.
