

Grain- Free Chocolate Granola
1 cup coconut shreds (unsweetened)
1 cup almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons chocolate chips (I use Pascha brand unsweetened. Cacao nibs are good as well)
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons cacao powder (or cocoa powder)
3 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch, salt
3 tablespoons water
Preheat oven to 350. Mix wet and dry ingredients separately then combine. Place on a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Allow to cool 15 minutes before breaking up for crunchy clumps.
